Start of Fruit Harvest

On Monday 3rd December, our fruit harvest for 2012-13 began with a start on the apricot block north of our house and of Apricot Cottage. Not a large crop, by the standards of some years, though looks to be adequate, and the fruit is of a good size. The start is earlier this year than for most years.
We hope to have enough ‘seconds’ in several days time to cut for the Solar Dryer.
